40 Hz Gamma Brainwave audio used by MIT for Alzheimer’s

Provided here is the 40 hertz audio from the MIT research lab that was used in their test trials in a study that reduced amyloid and tau protein buildups in mice, which is believed to be the cause of Alzheimer’s. The research showed that increasing 40Hz brain rhythm power and synchrony stimulated the brain’s immune cells and its blood vessels to clear out the toxic proteins. Research shows that individuals must listen to this sound for 1 hour per day every day for sustained benefits.
